Most staff members were genuinely helpful, especially during the cocktail request at the bar, which was closed but they managed to serve us drinks anyway. However, the room had significant issues. I found the air conditioning barely effective, making it uncomfortable during warmer spells. Additionally, the noise from the busy street outside was more than expected, despite the soundproofing. I also faced confusion with the room cleanliness when an interconnecting door to another room posed a privacy concern. Lastly, the restaurant amenities were disappointingly limited, and I struggled to find a decent breakfast option within the hotel. Overall, the character and location were strong points, but improvements in room comfort and service availability are needed.

d'anjou is in a great location! it's close to transportation, restaurants, and shops. the underground parking gives you extra security for your car. the housekeeping staff is friendly and keeps everything clean and organized.
